use live support, in monday i speak almost hour with support , send screenshot wiinning bets , finally she create for me ticket and say the money comes 1-72 hours, i still not receive, but why this happenning- its probabe because i have bonus balnace- because you cannot sepparete bcd - deposit money and bonus money (like from bc live stream..) , just use livesupport
